- The allowed age for participation is 18 years and over.
- The applicable regulations must be respected and observed.
- The organizer of the competition is not responsible for any injury that participants may suffer or loss of any personal items or belongings.
- The participant must inform the administrator before registration in the event of any health problems, in all cases the participant bears sole responsibility for his/her personal safety.
- The participant is committed to wearing decent sports uniforms, suitable shoes for the competition (hiking), a backpack containing water, some healthy snacks, and lighting.
- The participant is obligated to provide portable first aid (first aid kit).
- The participant shall take sufficient care for his safety and the safety of others, and should follow the instructions of the administrator before and during the competition activities.
- The value of the registration amount is not refundable after payment.
- Registration in the competition is subject to the laws and regulations in force in the Sultanate of Oman, accordingly you acknowledge your understanding and that you are responsible in the event of your violation of the laws and regulations.
- The administrator of the competition has the right, at its absolute discretion, to terminate, suspend, or amend your registration in the event of a violation of these terms, or if you commit an illegal act or behavior, harm others, or verbally or physically assault the participants.
- The participant cannot assign the registration to anyone else.
- You understand and expressly agree on registration that the administrator shall not be liable, under any circumstances, for injury/damage whatsoever, including without limitation any direct or indirect injury/damage.
- By agreeing to this form, you confirm that you do not have health problems and that the doctor did not ask you not to engage in any physical activity
- Registration fees: for an individual is 9 Omani riyals.
- Registration fees: for group is 11 Omani riyals.
Consent: I fully agree to participate in the competition and that I am fully aware of the possibility of health changes (God forbid) and I am responsible for my physical and health condition. When any abnormal and unusual symptoms occur, I will stop continuing the competition and will inform the administrator immediately, and I will not hold the administrator responsible for any claims whether moral, judicial or financial for any damage caused by other participants or for any damage caused by the administrator, and thus I acknowledge that I have read the terms and conditions carefully and my approval is considered as an acceptance of all the items mentioned above.
